Blueberry Seed Smoothie

Prep: 10 – 15 minutes | Serves:  1 person


  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 ripe medium-sized banana
  • ½ cup full cream plain (probiotic) yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp broken flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds


Mix the seeds with a dollop of yoghurt in a bowl. Allow the mixture to sit for 10 – 15 minutes until it has thickened. Combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve in a glass and enjoy.
