In October, we focussed on ‘iron-spiring’ our donors by educating you on the importance of eating iron-rich foods and donating blood. We launched our very own digital cookbook, featuring the iron-rich recipes we’ve been sharing in our quarterly Blood Buzz newsletter. In this edition we have a new Hake and pea puree recipe. This recipe is quick, easy and a nice light meal for summer.
