Please join us for the not to be missed Regional Congress of the International Society for Blood Transfusion to be held at the Cape Town International Convention Centre from 18 – 21 November. This experience will enable you to learn and network with global leaders in transfusion medicine who will share their latest research and ideas.
The Clinical Transfusion programme includes neonatal and paediatric transfusion, therapeutic apheresis, evidence-based transfusion medicine practice, haemorrhage and massive transfusion, adverse events including TRALI, haemovigilance and patient safety, alternatives to blood transfusion, Patient Blood Management, and transfusion practitioner (TP) initiatives.
The first day of the conference will focus on content specifically designed for African delegates, while days 2 – 4 will include scientific sessions, academy sessions, workshops and poster presentations.
