You may know that WCBS conducts an annual customer satisfaction survey to monitor the quality of products and services that blood users receive. The overall results for 2022 indicate that customers remain satisfied with product quality, product delivery and staff professionalism.
Several areas for improvement (scores <4) were however flagged at hospital/healthcare facility and Blood Bank level, and are being dealt with to identify root causes and corrective actions.
