All of our blood donors have different blood donation experiences. But for some of us, taking the first leap in becoming a life-saving blood donor might be quite overwhelming, exciting, nerve-wracking, and even momentous. We know it is not always sunshine and roses, even though we do try to create the best experience at all times.

This is one of the main reasons why we have launched our first-time donor survey. This survey aims to receive feedback about your blood donation experience so that we can provide the best service to our remarkable blood donors. We are also asking our donors where they heard about us. This is important so that we can review our marketing efforts. We have multiple ways to communicate to our donors and non-donors alike, and we would like to know which ones are the most effective.

The survey is sent to donors via SMS after their first blood donation. It will take approximately 4 minutes to complete.

We hope that through these insights, we can improve our service and marketing efforts, as blood donors are the foundation of our service, and we look forward to welcoming you back in 2 months.
