WCBS conducts an annual customer satisfaction survey to monitor the quality of blood products and services we provide, the outcomes of which are analysed to identify areas for improvement. A total of 37 hospitals/healthcare facilities participated in the latest survey, which was conducted from November – December 2021.
The overall results indicate that customers remain satisfied with the quality of products and services received, and all individual concerns were dealt with.
