The Western Cape Blood Service’s George Regional Branch is undergoing renovations in April, which will temporarily relocate the George Blood Bank and Processing Laboratory to an adjacent building until the WCBS purchases self-owned premises and they are ready to open for business.
To accommodate the move, the blood donation clinic is operating from the Round Table Hall, York Street (Opposite Mediclinic George) on Wednesdays from 10:00 – 18:00, and Fridays from 10:00 – 15:00. We wish to thank all our loyal blood donors for their continued support of the blood donation clinic.
The George Blood Bank contact details and business hours will remain unchanged in the adjacent building, as follows.
