WCBS conducted its annual customer satisfaction survey from 30 August to 26 September that elicited a total of 619 responses from 54 hospitals and healthcare facilities. The overall results indicate that customers remain satisfied with product quality and service received.

The following parameters were surveyed and rated on a score from 1-5: product quality, blood product availability, blood product delivery, and staff communication and professionalism. Any individual scores below 4 or recommendations were forwarded to the relevant department.

Here are the overall results from the 2023 WCBS Customer Satisfaction Survey:

Score legend: 1 = Strongly disagree, 2 = Disagree, 3 = Indifferent, 4 = Agree, 5 = Strongly agree.
