We all know that winter is here! And you know what that means: Cold nights, warm clothing, and a lot of movie nights! Here is a recipe that will be sure to make those movie nights extra special by warming your heart while you warm your feet.
Preparation: 20 min
Bake: 25 min – 30 min
Total: 45 min – 50 min
Servings: 24 Servings
Ingredients:
½ cup of unsalted butter
1 ½ cups of crushed Marie biscuits
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 cups of flaked coconut
1 cup of chopped pecans
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees
- Melt the butter in a baking pan
- Sprinkle the crushed Marie biscuits over the melted butter. Pat down the crumbs to form the crust.
- Pour the can of sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crumb crust
- Top it off evenly with the chocolate chips, and coconut, and press it down firmly
- Bake it in the preheated oven for about 25 – 30 minutes or until it seems to be light brown
- Make sure that it is cooled down before cutting it into blocks
- Slice, serve and enjoy!
