Classic Magic Cookie Recipe

We all know that winter is here! And you know what that means: Cold nights, warm clothing, and a lot of movie nights! Here is a recipe that will be sure to make those movie nights extra special by warming your heart while you warm your feet.

Preparation: 20 min

Bake: 25 min – 30 min

Total: 45 min – 50 min

Servings: 24 Servings

Ingredients:

½ cup of unsalted butter

1 ½ cups of crushed Marie biscuits

1 can of sweetened condensed milk

2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips

2 cups of flaked coconut

1 cup of chopped pecans

Method:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees
  2. Melt the butter in a baking pan
  3. Sprinkle the crushed Marie biscuits over the melted butter. Pat down the crumbs to form the crust.
  4. Pour the can of sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crumb crust
  5. Top it off evenly with the chocolate chips, and coconut, and press it down firmly
  6. Bake it in the preheated oven for about 25 – 30 minutes or until it seems to be light brown
  7. Make sure that it is cooled down before cutting it into blocks
  8. Slice, serve and enjoy!
